SAG and AFTRA Have Merged

Yesterday, the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists merged.  Now the SAG-AFTRA union represents more than 150 thousand movie and media professionals. SAG-AFTRA will have national offices in New York and Los Angeles as well as local offices nationwide.

The Projecting Hope Film Festival presented by Cities4Life is underway in Charlotte, NC.  Screenings are at the Ayrsley Cinemas and admission is free.

Film, music, and interactive are the three main ingredients of this conference and festival located in the heart of Texas.  Austin will host thousands of fans over the course of it's 10 day run.

It's almost time for the Charleston International Film Festival.  As winter ends and the the flowers start to spring to life so too will Charleston with filmmakers and fans.  In just a few short weeks the historic streets of Charleston will be busy with  movie makers and goers attending workshops, screenings and after parties.

  Cucalorus Film Festival is accepting submissions for it's 18th annual festival to be held November 8th through 11th in Wilmington, North Carolina.  

Known for it's irreverent attitude as well as the parties, music, and trock n' roll atmosphere. You won't find the red carpet treatment here.  Instead it's all about  the audience and artist interaction.
